Laboratory Medicine is one of the largest diagnostic services in NHS Lothian, delivering essential services across multiple hospital sites and processing over 15 million tests each year.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Support Manager to join our Laboratory Medicine Management Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration, business support, project coordination or operational support who is looking to develop their career within a large and dynamic healthcare service.
Working closely with senior managers, you will help coordinate projects, monitor performance information, support governance and compliance activities, manage key administrative processes and provide day-to-day leadership to a small administration team.
You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, has strong organisational skills and is comfortable working with data and producing reports to support decision-making.
This role is 36 hours per week, Monday -Friday with some flexibility able to be negotiated with start/finish time. Laboratory Medicine covers multiple sites within NHS Lothian and travel will be expected between them all.
