Accommodation and Day Service Support Officer

Location – Ty Elai, CF40 1NY

Salary – Grade 11, £42,839 per annum

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a highly motivated Accommodation and Day Service Support Officer to support the delivery of key accommodation developments that improve the lives of adults across our communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to help support the strategic and operational activities of our adult social care accommodation and day services in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

As our Accommodation and Day Service Support Officer you will play a central role in facilitating the transformational change for the service to improve the wellbeing outcomes of our service users.

Working as part of a team and with partners both inside and outside of the Council you will provide project management support to the Head of Accommodation and Day Services to contribute with others towards the delivery of high quality services and facilitate an ambitious and successful capital programme to modernise and extend accommodation with care options for the residents of Rhondda Cynon Taf.

This post, amongst other things, requires someone with an inspiring, positive, &slshquot;action focused&slshquot; attitude and the ability and confidence to work well with a variety of professionals as well as the general public.

We are looking for someone who has a degree or equivalent together with Prince 2 Project Management qualification and evidence of project management experience. Experience of partnership working is essential as is the ability to produce high-quality reports and documents.
