There are casual positions available in this post, to provide an excellent customer focused reception and booking service to the Centre and Arts Service customers.

The Arts Service is looking for confident and welcoming individuals for a Casual Reception Co-ordinator role at Gartholwg Lifelong Learning Centre in Church Village.

Welsh language level 3-5 is essential for this role.

Duties Will Include

ensuring the efficient operation of Reception duties; - taking payments, issuing receipts and checking cash balances;

  • operation of computerised management information systems;
  • dealing with telephone calls and general enquiries;
  • assisting with the promotion of the Centre.

There will be a requirement to work daytime, evenings and the occasional weekend.
