What You’ll Do

  • Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring impeccable data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on contacts within target accounts utilizing online resources such as LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo to uncover valuable insights.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influential personas within accounts to strategically support sales and marketing targeting efforts.
  • Gather and analyze relevant company information for accounts, including industry specifics, employee count, and turnover data.
  • Continuously maintain and update CRM records, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness, and leverage CRM tools to seamlessly input gathered research and contact information.
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to proactively monitor performance metrics and identify emerging trends.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads through comprehensive online research and initial outreach via company websites and Google.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for strategic prospecting and connecting with potential customers, contributing to the development and maintenance of targeted prospect lists.
  • Build critical intelligence for the sales team, providing essential administrative support as needed.
  • Identify optimal target contacts for marketing campaigns and master the use of ZoomInfo to acquire crucial customer contact information.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and assist in initial outreach efforts via email or phone.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent German speaking and writing skills are essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • A strong, demonstrable interest in sales and business development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
