Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our High Wycombe location. In this position, you will manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, identify and meet their specific needs, and actively promote our comprehensive range of electrical products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a consistent customer base, ensuring client satisfaction, preparing tailored quotations, and managing sales transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order handling and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client-focused communication skills
- Sales, business development, and account management experience
- Detail-oriented with skills in planning, organization, and time management
- Proficiency in using IT systems for order management and tracking
- Basic knowledge of the electrical supplies industry, with a willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial
