Alliance Norse is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Damp and Mould Team, ensuring that reports of damp, mould, condensation, and associated repairs are managed efficiently and effectively. This role involves receiving and triaging tenant reports, coordinating surveys and repair works, liaising with contractors and in-house operatives, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance against KPIs, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the process.

Day to day duties
- Take responsibility for answering incoming calls, queries and emails from clients, providers and suppliers and responding appropriately.
- Contributes to and helps prepare reports and statistics on operations and finances where directed.
- React to client requests by organising direct labour or contractor support to rectify.
- Placing orders and processing invoices.
- Record and log all reports accurately within the housing management and repairs systems.
- Provide tenants with advice and guidance regarding damp, mould, condensation, and the repairs process where appropriate
- Carry out initial triage of reported cases, assessing urgency and prioritising in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Act as a key point of contact between tenants, surveyors, contractors, and internal team
- Maintain accurate records of all damp and mould cases, inspections, repairs, and communications.
- Arrange appointments for Damp and Mould Surveyors to inspect properties.
- Coordinate diaries and schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise delays.
- Proven administration experience within a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Successfully achieve targets and KPI's
