Advanced Clinical Practitioner
We are seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Advanced Practitioner (AP) with a specialist interest in rehabilitation to join the MDT on Oxford and Cambridge Ward at Herts & Essex Hospital.
Oxford and Cambridge Ward is a specialist rehabilitation unit providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with complex needs, including frailty, deconditioning, falls and long-term conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing development of rehabilitation services within HCT. The post holder may occasionally provide support across other inpatient rehabilitation units, including QVM Hospital and Danesbury Neurological Centre, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across the service.
