About The Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence the development and refinement of cutting-edge Machine Learning models. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in advancing AI capabilities by ensuring the highest quality of data, driving innovation and enhancing user experiences across various products and services. This position offers a unique chance to be at the heart of technological transformation, contributing to projects that tackle some of humanity’s most challenging problems.

This is a 3-month contract, offering up to £140 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, prioritizing customer privacy in all data handling.
  • Process and analyze diverse data types, including text, speech, image, and video.
  • Produce high-quality labelled data, adhering to established guidelines to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, crafting factually and grammatically correct responses, ranking content, and performing precise text, speech, image, and video annotations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make logical decisions, even when faced with ambiguous information.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly transition between varying task requirements.
  • Contribute to daily operational deliverables, including average handling time (AHT), quality, and turnaround time (TAT) across multiple task types.
  • Master the end-to-end data execution process for labelling tasks, demonstrating autonomy and reduced reliance on explicit work instructions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, identifying error patterns and proposing solutions to enhance data labelling quality.
  • Proactively identify and address day-to-day process and operational issues within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tools, suggesting improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Provide direct support to colleagues, clarifying internal queries and ensuring smooth task execution.

Required Qualifications

  • An Associate’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Arabic.
  • Essential written and spoken proficiency in English (CEFR C1+).
  • Strong business writing skills, capable of producing reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension, with the ability to analyze complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capacity to interpret and execute detailed instructions across diverse projects.
  • Proficient research skills, including experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in handling complex tasks and documents.

Compensation

The target hiring compensation for this role is up to £140 per day (PAYE) for a 40-hour week.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
