As a key contributor to the Benefits Centre of Excellence, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of comprehensive employee benefits programs. What You’ll Do

  • Perform daily maintenance of employee benefits programs, supporting Program Managers with system requirements and change requests across Health, Retirement, Protection, Time Off/Leave of Absence, and Perks programs.
  • Investigate benefits system incidents and conduct thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and expected delivery.
  • Review end-to-end processes, updating or creating process documentation as needed to maintain clarity and efficiency.
  • Support the annual renewal process for insured benefits across the region.
  • Assist the team with the administration and operational delivery of time off and leave processes.
  • Respond to, coordinate, or escalate benefits-related queries from employees and managers that require specialized attention beyond internal support teams.
  • Contribute to the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of benefits, time off, and leave programs across the region.
  • Partner with Senior Program Managers to support or lead various ad hoc initiatives and special projects, driving forward key strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits, with a strong preference for experience within a multinational or regional environment.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, including coordinating escalations and supporting Senior Program Managers in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including internal support teams, Payroll, Communications, and external vendors.
  • A highly collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
