**Assistant General Manager – Lina Stores Manchester**
**£38.000 - 40.000 per year | Full-time | 45 hours per week**
Lina Stores is looking for a hands-on and experienced **Assistant General Manager** to join our restaurant team.
You will support the General Manager with the daily running of the restaurant, leading and developing the team and making sure our customers receive a great experience.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has strong leadership and people skills
- Has good knowledge and passion for Italian food
- Is hands-on and leads by example
- Can manage rotas, stock takes and compliance
- Enjoys training and developing team members
- Builds great relationships with both customers and the team
- Has previous restaurant management experience
