About The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the operation — leading from the front and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
You Will
- Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding food and drink service standards
- Support with rotas, recruitment, training & development
- Take ownership of stock, labour, pricing, and P&L performance
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Be a strong ambassador for great hospitality and service excellence
- Bring energy, personality, and consistency to the venue
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Assistant Manager or strong supervisor ready to step up
- A natural leader who can inspire and develop others
- Strong guest focus with a passion for service
- Commercial awareness (stock, labour, GP, P&L)
- High standards and attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
- Accommodation available in Jersey
