Associate, Portfolio Management, Debt Investments
Overview: This position is with LaSalle Investment Management’s Debt and Value-Add Strategies team (the “Team”), a specialist business which invests fund capital into real estate debt and value-add equity investments across Europe. The team was set up in 2010 and has become one of the largest providers of alternative finance on commercial real estate in Europe, having successfully raised €7.0bn of capital since 2010 across all debt strategies (e.g. LREDS, whole loans, LRF series, excl. special situations and value add strategies), with c €6.4bn invested over 118 loan transactions as of June 2026. The Team is actively exploring new opportunities and investment strategies that complement the platform’s existing investment vehicles.
Role and Accountabilities
:This role will specifically work within the Portfolio and Loan Asset Management Team, which consists of six individuals that look across all the Team’s investments

Role responsibilities and function

- rsPreparing asset models and assisting in Investment Committee memos for loan restructures and workouts when required; a

Required Qualifications & Experie
