We are currently looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager in our Human Resources department. In Human Resources we design and deliver talent, learning and inclusion programmes that attract, develop and retain the people who make our projects possible. As An Associate Recruitment Manager, You Will
Manage a fair and compliant recruitment practices being upheld across your operating unit, enabling function, department and/or capability area.
Be the primary source of contact for those business areas and, attendance to site offices across the UK is expected at least 3 days per week.
Support Hiring Managers through the recruitment gateways ensuring the best candidate is recruited.
Support Inclusion and diversity through using a mix of sourcing tools relevant to the role and project.
Work with Operating Unit and Enabling Function Operational Teams, HR Operations teams and Recruitment to deliver the right candidates.
Contribute to an excellent candidate experience for both internal and external applications.
Work to the recruitment time scales and look to enhance these through engagement and forward planning

We Are Looking For
- Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency.
- Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process
- Planning and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills to support stakeholder management
- Teamwork and co-operation
- Good Microsoft office and systems skills
