Location: London (Hybrid)


Salary: In Region of £50,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus

We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to help build awareness, create demand and unlock new commercial opportunities.


This is not a corporate brand management role.


We’re looking for someone with true startup DNA. Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, follows through without being chased, spots opportunities before others do, and takes personal responsibility for driving results. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy moving quickly, wearing multiple hats, and turning ideas into action.


You’ll work directly with the founders and have a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of the brand.


The Role


This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, partnerships and business development.


You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, building meaningful partnerships, managing influencer and creator activity, developing new commercial opportunities and helping establish GLOAT as a recognised lifestyle accessories brand.


We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking, brings a strong sense of urgency to their work and is exceptionally organised.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Marketing


* Support the development and execution of GLOAT’s marketing strategy

* Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, launches and promotional activity

* Own and manage the marketing calendar

* Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints

* Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results

* Work closely with founders to prioritise high-impact initiatives


Influencer & Creator Marketing


* Build and manage influencer, creator and ambassador programmes

* Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with creators aligned to the brand

* Manage gifting campaigns, paid partnerships and collaborations

* Oversee content delivery and campaign execution

* Track performance and optimise activity based on results


Partnerships & Collaborations


* Identify and secure strategic partnerships with complementary brands

* Develop collaboration opportunities that drive awareness and customer acquisition

* Build relationships with communities, events, media and industry contacts

* Manage collaborations from concept through to launch


Business Development & Commercial Growth


* Identify and pursue new retail, wholesale and distribution opportunities

* Build relationships with buyers and decision-makers across beauty, lifestyle, wellness and gifting sectors

* Explore opportunities within hotels, spas, wellness clubs, corporate gifting and hospitality channels

* Support commercial negotiations and partnership discussions

* Help develop new revenue streams and growth opportunities for the business


Project & Agency Management


* Manage agencies, freelancers and external partners

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

* Maintain clear reporting and accountability across all marketing activities

* Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously with excellent attention to detail


About You


* 3-6 years’ experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, business development or related roles

* Experience working within a startup, challenger brand or high-growth consumer business

* Strong understanding of influencer and creator marketing

* Proven ability to build relationships and create opportunities

* Commercially minded with a strong focus on outcomes

* Highly organised and detail-oriented

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

* Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment

* Naturally proactive, resourceful and resilient

Within your first 12 months, you will:

* Build a network of creators, ambassadors and brand advocates

* Deliver meaningful partnerships and collaborations

* Secure new retail, wholesale or strategic distribution opportunities
