GTM Consultant - Unicorn

Location: London / Hybrid (1-2 days in office) Type: Full-time

Unicorn is a specialist GTM talent business working exclusively with AI, SaaS, and Data vendors in the UK and USA. We partner with high-growth technology companies and investors to place the sales and revenue leaders who define their commercial trajectory

We're growing - and we're looking for a GTM Consultant to grow with us.

The role

As a GTM Consultant at Unicorn, you'll own a desk within our AI, SaaS, or Data practice. That means building genuine relationships with both candidates and clients, running full-cycle recruitment processes, and becoming the go-to person in your market. This isn't a role for order-takers. We want people who think commercially, move fast, and take pride in the quality of every placement they make.

Day to day you'll be:

• Developing and managing client relationships across AI, SaaS, and Data vendors
• Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying exceptional GTM talent (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, Marketing leaders, and beyond
• Running end-to-end recruitment processes — from briefing to offer
• Building your market reputation through deep sector knowledge and consistent delivery
• Collaborating with a small, ambitious team that cares about doing things properly

What we're looking for:

• Experience in recruitment - ideally within tech, GTM, or a related space
• A track record of building client relationships and winning business
• Strong commercial instincts and genuine curiosity about the AI and SaaS landscape
• Someone who takes ownership, doesn't need to be managed, and gets things done
• Clear, confident communicator — whether you're on the phone, over email, or in a client meeting
