Business Analyst – ERP

Range : 320 GBP Per day Outside IR35

• Business Analyst with proven experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements, working with external Integration Partners.
• Strong Agile BA experience covering requirements gathering, workshops, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Story Points, and backlog management.
• Experience evaluating third-party/ISV solutions and supporting post-go-live Continuous Improvement and system enhancements.
• Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets within an ERP environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and reviewing Integration Partner designs.
• Support System Testing/UAT, including test-case review, requirement clarification, and defect triage.
• Hands-on with Jira, Microsoft Planner, Trello, Visio/Lucidchart.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
