We are looking for

Hands-on enterprise WFM platform implementation (ADP/WFS)
ADP/WFS experience is a MUST.
Functional configuration expertise of time rules, schedules, shifts, overtime, absence, leave, accruals, pay rules, or forecasting
End-to-end system delivery experience
Workforce management process knowledge
Client-facing functional leadership
Integration, testing, and data migration exposure
Some commercial and business-development contribution
Ability to connect WFM platforms to: Payroll, HRIS, ERP systems
