About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence. You'll develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the application of the risk management framework within our crypto entity
  • Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
  • Independently testing controls
  • Developing procedures related to risk management
  • Designing key risk indicators and monitoring them against limits
  • Registering and managing risk incidents, and delivering relevant reports
  • Preparing management information related to risk exposures
  • Implementing business continuity requirements


What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology
  • Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data to enable risk-based decisions
  • A solid track record of achievement in a business environment and/or an academic level
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage many tasks at the same time
  • An organised and methodological approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
