💰 Rate: Up to £27.23 per hour (Umbrella)
📅 Contract: Maternity Cover until September 2027

We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a leading automotive organisation based in Gaydon on a long-term maternity cover contract until September 2027. This role is focused on supplier relationship management, working closely with key and strategic suppliers to ensure strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supplier relationship management plans.
Manage relationships with key and strategic suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
Identify, report, and support the resolution of supplier performance issues.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value and achieve business objectives.
Support commercial discussions and supplier negotiations where required.
