CDM Coordinator

Job Description

Are you a CDM expert sitting at home looking to get out and earn immediately? (As early as Wednesday 30th)

Are you looking for short term work, potentially coming off the back of a contract, or waiting for another contract to start in the not too distant future?

Engenda Group are looking for a project safety consultant who specialises in CDM regs for a 4 week contract to start on site in Cambridge to help us with the project set up phase.

4 week contract

£55 per hour LTD (Outside IR35) + lodge

Start ASAP.

You Will

• Support the project set up phase from a CDM perspective
• Review and advise on CDM compliance across the project
• Help establish the required health & safety documentation and arrangements
• Provide CDM advice to the project team, contractors and other stakeholders
• Review construction phase plans, RAMS and other relevant documentation
• Identify and help manage CDM related risks as the project moves towards delivery
• Work closely with the project team to ensure duties under the CDM Regulations are clearly understood and managed
