- Pay: £17.97 per hour
- Hours: 40
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30
- Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract

Working alongside our kitchen team, you’ll take responsibility for your section, maintain high standards and help service run smoothly. If you’re an experienced chef who takes pride in your cooking, works confidently without supervision and enjoys supporting colleagues, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to agreed recipes and quality standards.
- Organise your section, ensuring ingredients and equipment are ready for service.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe kitchen throughout the working day.
- Follow food safety, allergen management and health and safety procedures.
- Support stock rotation, correct food storage and waste reduction.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team, taking initiative and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
What you bring
- Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen.
- A passion for preparing quality food with consistent presentation.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, safe working practices and allergen awareness.
- The confidence to manage your workload and work without close supervision.
- A proactive approach, strong teamwork and clear communication.
- Pride in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation.
