Historically, Klyk has operated as a trusted, full-service IT partner, providing sustainable hardware procurement, asset management, cybersecurity, and hands-on IT support to help modern businesses adopt a Circular IT model.


Now, we are entering our next evolution… we are transitioning into a pure-play technology company, laser-focused on building the world's best AI-driven IT Support product. Delivered seamlessly through Slack and Teams apps, our platform automates and resolves IT issues instantly for users, right where they already work (it’s pretty cool)

We are packaging our deep IT expertise into a powerful, scalable SaaS product. Our primary target? High-growth scaleups that have minimal internal IT resources or no dedicated IT department at all. We give them enterprise-grade, sustainable IT management at the touch of a button.


🚀 Where we are today: We already have a working AI IT service desk Slack and Teams app live in Beta, with an eager pipeline of pilot customers waiting for it right now.

🎯 The Role — Chief of Staff


This is a portfolio role with the aim of growing the enterprise value of the group, and build the path to exit for each of the brands.


We are three businesses — Klyk (circular IT and managed services, B2B), Eye Emporium (independent opticians group, B2C), and Ocushield (eye-health consumer brand, B2C). This role works across all three: leading the group, driving value across the portfolio, and owning the long-term strategy that takes these businesses to a strong exit.


You are the founder's number two and their force multiplier. You lead from the front, in person. You work autonomously. You take problems off the table and come back with solutions. You think and act like an owner.


This is a genuine opportunity to grow the enterprise value and exit value of a multi-brand group — and to be the person who makes it happen.


  • Location: London — present and on the ground across portfolio sites. This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role, not a remote one. Full-time, permanent

🛠 What You’ll Do


🌱 Leadership

This matters most. You lead the people, a group of 100+ across the businesses by being present, approachable, and leading from the front. We believe great leadership happens alongside the team, not from a distance.


🤝 Commercial

You'll lead marketing and sales across the portfolio, with full accountability for growth and performance. You'll build and develop the teams, strategies, and processes needed to create a strong pipeline, drive revenue, and deliver against ambitious targets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with commercial execution.


🔧 Operations

You'll oversee the day to day running of the machine, ensuring the day-to-day operations run effectively and efficiently. With a focus on quality, productivity, and cost control, you'll build scalable ways of working that support growth while maintaining high standards.


💸 Finance

You own the numbers. Profitability, cost discipline, and the financial rigour that keeps each business healthy and builds its value.


🧠Ideas

You bring new ones. New revenue, new markets, new ways to create value — you don't wait to be asked. You move fluently between B2B and B2C, lead a consumer brand and plug straight into Klyk's B2B engine when it's needed, without missing a beat.



✅ You Could Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Are a senior operator and leader with deep experience — you've grown businesses and created real value, ideally with an exit or value-creation track record behind you.
  • Are a proven people leader who genuinely cares about their team - people follow you.
  • Treat the business as if it's your own.
  • Are London-based and present. You believe leadership happens in person, on the ground, with the team and the businesses around you.
  • Are both-handed across B2B and B2C. You've led consumer brands and you understand B2B sales motions.
  • Are strong on marketing and sales, with the leadership to build teams - you’re happy to get your hands dirty operationally when it counts.
  • Work autonomously. You take the load off the founder, get things done, take problems on and come back with answers.
  • Bring positive energy - you lift the people around you, and you're always looking to learn and grow.
  • Are driven to make a real impact and build something special.


Nice-to-haves (none required)

  • Experience in IT systems, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in device lifecycle management or IT support.
