Childrens Brokerage Officer

The Children's Social Care Commissioning team (within the Early Intervention and Prevention Team in the Children’s and Families Directorate) have a focus on ensuring children and young people have access to support to meet their needs, and provided with the opportunity to achieve their potential.We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to take on the role of Children's Brokerage Officer.This role will focus on ensuring, and facilitating that, appropriate provision can be accessed by children and young people who have been assessed  as requiring additional support.

This is a  fast moving area of work.It is an exciting opportunity for you to develop the role and take forward this growing area of work within the commissioning team.
