Clinical Research Doctor - Lerner Lung & Mesothelioma
The candidate will be involved in the day-to-day running of the research portfolio Lung Unit, based at the Sutton, Surrey branch and contributing to the routine service delivered at Sutton, Surrey and as required for the Sutton, Surrey or Kingston Unit. There may be requirement for occasional visits to the Sutton, London and Kingston sites with flexibility in this arrangement. The postholder will have flexibility to account for leave requirements of other members of the team at Surrey.
This postholder’s duties will involve prepping and attending outpatient clinics (face to face and virtual), ward rounds, MDTs and Research Meetings, whilst taking an integral part in our clinical research programme, including day-to-day management of multi-centre Phase I/II/III studies, writing and designing study protocols, ethics submissions, coordinating clinical trials and pharmacovigilance, data analysis and submission of manuscripts for publication when required.
