We are looking for experienced Close Protection professionals with a strong security background who are ready to bring their skills into a high-profile security environment. This mainly London-based role requires individuals who are:

What You Will Work On

As a Close Protection Operative at Crisis24, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing physical protection and a secure presence for high-end clients and assets
  • Conducting advanced site assessments and planning secure routes
  • Acting as a first responder in emergencies and critical situations
  • Monitoring and reporting on any suspicious or unusual activity
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols and Crisis 24 standards
  • Supporting secure transportation logistics, including driving duties where necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of readiness and professionalism at all times
  • This role balances proactive risk mitigation with responsive crisis management in a professional corporate setting

Who You Will Work With

You will work alongside a highly trained team of security professionals within Crisis24’s corporate security unit. You’ll also liaise closely with:

  • Executive and administrative teams
  • Security leadership
  • External partners and local law enforcement (when needed)
  • Your role is part of a collaborative environment where clear communication and mutual support are vital for success

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in high-end Executive Protection, residential security, or similar protective services
  • Exceptional situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
  • Valid SIA Close Protection License
  • Valid First Aid/Trauma Medical Certification (FPOS I or Frec 3)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanour
  • Good literacy and IT skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in executive protection
  • Previous experience in residential security
  • Military, law enforcement, or specialized security training background
  • Good London knowledge
