Cluster Revenue Manager

(Hybrid work schedule: 3 days at the Head Office.)

Turn Data Into Decisions. Demand Into Revenue. Hotels Into Market Leaders.

Behind every fully booked hotel, every smart pricing decision, and every revenue success story is someone who understands how to stay one step ahead of the market.

We're looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager who loves turning insight into action. Someone who can spot opportunities before others do, challenge the status quo, and use data to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of hotels.

This is more than managing rates and forecasts. It's about influencing strategy, shaping commercial decisions, and playing a key role in the success of multiple hotels.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become the commercial heartbeat of your hotel cluster, analysing trends, monitoring market demand, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams, you'll develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies that strengthen market position, increase occupancy, and optimise room revenue.

Your day might include

  • Analysing booking pace, historical performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Developing pricing, yield, and inventory strategies that maximise profitability.
  • Forecasting demand and providing commercial recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Identifying untapped revenue opportunities across your portfolio.
  • Leading revenue meetings and influencing business decisions through insight and analysis.
  • Ensuring rates and inventory are accurately loaded and maintained across CRS and PMS platforms.
  • Collaborating with central commercial teams to deliver exceptional commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

You may already be managing revenue across multiple hotels, or you're ready for the next step in your revenue career. Either way, you'll bring a commercial mindset, a passion for data, and the confidence to influence decision-making.

You'll have

  • Revenue Management experience within the hospitality sector.
  • A track record of delivering revenue growth through effective pricing, forecasting, and yield strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
  • A sound understanding of market dynamics, competitor positioning, and hospitality trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using revenue management systems, CRS and PMS platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
