Commercial Law Paralegal – AG Integrate
We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in Commercial Law to support our Wilmslow-based client. This is an excellent opportunity for Paralegal who is starting out on their Legal career to work with a business services group that provides compliance and professional support to mainly small and medium‑sized businesses. Their focus is on helping businesses manage risk, meet legal obligations, and improve operational standards, particularly in:
- Employment law and HR
- Health & safety compliance
- ISO certification and quality management
- Training and e‑learning
- Contractor accreditation and supply chain compliance
The role operates out of their Wilmslow office 2 days per week, and our client is open to considering applications from people who can commit to working 5 days per week over an initial 3-month period, therefore immediate availability is important.
Strong applicants will have
- Good working knowledge of Commercial Law (required) and Employment Law, HR, Compliance, Regulatory Law (desired).
- Ability to work autonomy in a small team
- Capacity to work 5 days per week, attending their Wilmslow office 2 days per week.
- Availability to start at short notice (within two weeks)
