Commis Chef
A Little About the Role
We’re excited to welcome a motivated Commis Chef who’s keen to learn, work with fresh ingredients, and build strong kitchen skills. You’ll support the kitchen team with prep and service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and help deliver well-presented dishes. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to develop your confidence, improve your techniques, and grow your career in a fast-paced, fresh-food kitchen.
- Package up to £xx per hour, plus tronc (card tips) & cash tips, paid weekly

- Some experience in a kitchen environment (or a strong interest in starting a career as a Commis Chef)
- A willingness to learn, follow guidance, and develop core cooking and prep skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work well alongside others
- An interest in working with fresh ingredients and delivering consistent quality
- Good organisation and awareness of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
You’ll benefit from excellent internal and external development programmes to support your progression, including hands-on learning with our national training provider on our Level 2 Commis Chef and Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeships.
