The Community Resilience Team may be small, but our ambition is big. We work at the heart of Coventry’s vibrant communities, partnering with both City Council services and the voluntary sector to create new, innovative ways to support local people.We’re growing our team to meet increasing demand across Coventry’s communities, and we're excited to offer a full‑time permanent role.Our work is varied, meaningful, and deeply rooted in the city.
From supporting food hubs and social supermarkets to helping develop community libraries and growing our network of engaged community volunteers, local connectors, and community partners, no two days are ever the same.Want to see what we’re about?
