Community Dietetics Administrator
Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Dietetic Team as an Administrator. The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of the Dietetic service, ensuring high-quality administrative support across the team. This position is one of two administrative roles within the service, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive support. Main duties of the job Provide general administration and secretarial support to ensure smooth service operation and clinical care coordination. Process referrals and perform initial triage according to local policies, taking necessary actions to support patient care. Record and file all referrals following clinical triage procedures. Handle general office tasks such as clinic bookings, OASIS data entry, ENVOY reschedule system and managing phone calls. Use advanced IT skills to produceaccuratereports on referrals, caseloads, waiting lists, audits, and service development.
