This advert is for a vacancy within the Churchdown CMHT based at Downham, Bromley. To provide effective skill mix of the team, this post is restricted to qualified Nurses.

Key Responsibilities

The post-holder will manage a caseload of service users with complex needs and varying diagnosis. You will also provide support to their carers. You will support evidence-based psychosocial interventions and will focus on DIALOG-led engagement, recovery and social inclusion as well as addressing physical health care needs.

The successful candidate will be an experienced registered Mental Health Nurse who is able to demonstrate a specific interest in working with people with psychosis and personality disorders.

This is an exciting time to be working in this field which is undergoing a community re-design as part of the NHS Long Term Plan .
