The role of Consultant at H&Z is the first step on a Management Consulting career path with Europe’s leading procurement consultancy. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Spend analysis
- Supply market and product research and analysis
- Development of sourcing and category strategies
- Managing tender and e-auction processes
- Supporting supplier negotiations
- Process improvement and digital transformation
- Managing a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Presentation development
- Proposal development
- Leveraging H&Z and AI tools to streamline tasks
- An excellent degree (with procurement, supply chain, economics or business orientation)
- (Ideally) Work placement experience within procurement/commercial and/or consultancy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy solving complex problems
- Clear understanding of technical issues
- Very good communication skills
- Strong results focus
- Global outlook and commercial awareness
- Flexible, and the ability to work hard as part of a team and to work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Other language skills, such as German is desirable.
