As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of localized and non-live sports content from inception through to transmission. You will maintain accurate trackers, coordinate with various internal partners, and provide essential operational support, ensuring a smooth and compliant path for all content. What You’ll Do
As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of localized and non-live sports content from inception through to transmission. You will maintain accurate trackers, coordinate with various internal partners, and provide essential operational support, ensuring a smooth and compliant path for all content. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into post-production workflows, editorial support, and compliance reviews, expanding your expertise within the dynamic broadcast environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the reversioning of foreign language commissions and non-live sports content for linear and streaming businesses.
- Own and maintain content trackers, collaborating closely with strategy, rights, and post-production teams to ensure seamless progress.
- Provide essential operational support, utilizing systems like IBMS and ScheduALL to create program IDs, work orders, and certification entries, as well as wrangling all necessary deliverables, including paper documentation.
- Conduct factual research and fact-checking for customization projects, such as rescripts and revoices.
- Assist with voice-over bookings, liaising with talent agents, confirming bookings with talents and post-production teams, and wrangling scripts.
- Update and maintain trackers for various projects and external partners.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to reversioning and certification, including project tracking via Excel.
- Perform certification entries using IBMS and similar systems, with training provided on specific regulations like Nicam Dutch regulation.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and clip reels using Adobe for team meetings.
- Provide ad-hoc support for new, last-minute, or fast-turnaround projects.
- Proven experience in a highly organized and detail-oriented role.
- Strong initiative and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and troubleshooting with various teams.
- A good understanding of post-production workflows and industry jargon.
- Experience in dealing with broadcast deliverables.
- Proficiency in using systems like IBMS, ScheduALL, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for content and the entertainment industry.
- A driven mindset with a desire to expand skills into editorial work and compliance reviews.
