Role: CRM Analyst
Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.
Package:
£30,000 – £35,000 + 10% bonus

As our next CRM Analyst, you will support the development and operational use of CRM technology within our Sales and Marketing department, providing system support to users and ensuring the maintenance of the data quality in the system.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. CRM User Support & Service Management
• Ensure CRM user support tickets are managed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide ad hoc support to users via call, email, and remote assistance, ensuring clear and consistent resolution of queries
• Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues, escalating where appropriate to UK or European CRM/IT teams
• Identify recurring issues and feed them into continuous improvement discussions
• Design, distribute, and analyse an annual internal CRM user satisfaction survey to measure user experience and identify improvement areas
2. CRM Change Management, Communication & Release Support
• Support end-to-end sprint testing on a bi-weekly basis, identifying issues and communicating findings to the European CRM team
• Clearly communicate CRM changes, enhancements, and sprint releases to all relevant stakeholders in a timely and structured way
• Maintain and update CRM user documentation (“CRM Wikipedia”) in line with system changes, including both written guides and video content
• Ensure users understand the impact of CRM changes through proactive communication and guidance
3. CRM Training, Adoption & User access
• Deliver regular CRM training sessions for new starters and existing users to ensure strong onboarding and ongoing capability development
• Update and Maintain ‘Getting Started Guide' for CRM, Sales & Marketing processes.
• Provide ongoing, targeted training and support for users who are not following agreed CRM processes or who require additional guidance
• Offer on-demand support and coaching when usage gaps or challenges are identified
• Monitor user adoption trends and proactively address areas of low engagement or incorrect system usage
4. CRM Data Management & Governance
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accuracy across key system fields and structures
• Ensure leasing and pricing data is kept up to date when required
• Manage and maintain CRM user profiles, security roles, business units, and territory structures
• Create, maintain, and optimise CRM data views to support operational needs
• Working with the Analytics/BI and management team to establish BI health checks of user and team adherence of sales and marketing processes
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
5. CRM Process Alignment & Cross-Functional Partnership
• Act as a key liaison between UK business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and the European CRM/IT function
• Support the alignment and execution of CRM-related processes across departments, ensuring consistency and adherence to agreed standards
• Understand business needs and operational challenges
• Support the development and improvement of CRM-related processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Perform regular CRM usage health checks to assess adoption, identify misuse or gaps in process adherence, and ensure consistent use of CRM standards across the business

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, including MS Dynamics
- Ability to create workflows, dashboards and views
- Good understanding of Sales and Marketing CRM processes
- Power BI experience is desirable, but not essential
- Understanding of pipeline structure, sales stages, and opportunity management in a b2b
- environment
- Can influence without formal authority
- Explain technical/system issues in simple commercial language
- Work effectively across Sales, IT, Operations and Marketing
