The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Implementation & Success Manager to join our growing team and play a central role in delivering success for our customers.

This isn't a traditional Customer Success Manager role. You'll work directly with major organisations, helping them understand, adopt and maximise the value of Entopy's technology. You'll get close to their operations, develop a deep understanding of their challenges, and work with our technical teams to turn advanced AI capabilities into meaningful operational outcomes.

You'll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, combining relationship management, problem-solving, operational understanding and commercial awareness. From initial deployment through to ongoing adoption and expansion, you'll take ownership of ensuring our customers succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Understand customer operations: Explore customers' processes, systems and challenges to identify where Entopy can deliver value.
• Build relationships: Work with operational teams, technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers, developing trust and supporting successful customer engagements.
• Coordinate deployments: Help manage project milestones, priorities, stakeholders, risks and dependencies, keeping delivery aligned with agreed objectives.
• Translate needs into requirements: Define use cases, capture customer requirements and work with our product, engineering and AI teams to turn operational challenges into practical capabilities.
• Support product development: Gather feedback, contribute to testing and help ensure solutions meet real operational needs.
• Drive adoption and demonstrate value: Help customers embed Entopy into their workflows, establish success criteria and measure operational and commercial outcomes.
• Identify strategic opportunities and growth: Recognise additional use cases and opportunities to expand existing deployments.
• Help build how we scale: Contribute to developing repeatable deployment processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone naturally curious, ambitious, organised and excited by the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving AI company.

As our first Deployment Strategist outside the founding team, you'll have a unique opportunity to learn, take ownership and help shape the role as Entopy scales.

You don't need extensive industry experience or technical expertise. We're more interested in your potential, attitude and ability to solve problems.

Ideally, you'll bring

• Some experience in a customer-facing, business or technology-related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An analytical mindset, with a natural curiosity for understanding how things work.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, AI and solving real-world problems.
• An adaptable mindset and ambition to develop your skills and career.

Experience in B2B software, AI or critical infrastructure would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Salary range: £30,000 to £35,000pa (dependant on experience).
