What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating intricate business needs into effective analytics and data workflows.
  • Champion data quality practices, encompassing cleaning, transformation, validation, and the development of accurate reporting models.
  • Define and implement best practices for data modeling and visualization standards.
  • Present analytical findings, key trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with exceptional clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to automate data processes, optimize reporting infrastructure, and continuously enhance existing analytics frameworks.
  • Act as a collaborative team leader and member, fostering a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or closely related data-focused disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and/or Power Automate, with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive and insightful dashboards.
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and adeptly translating complex business questions into robust analytical solutions.
  • Strong background in data cleaning, transformation, modeling, and preparing datasets for scalable analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create creative, user-centric, and visually compelling dashboards and data products.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Power BI and/or Azure certification.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Previous Business Analyst experience.
