The Role
As an experienced Data Scientist, you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to explore problem statements, experiment with different approaches and develop industrialized applications. The responsibilities include leading the development of advanced Machine Learning models and AI applications.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
- Develop experimental models and machine learning applications in Python.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and interpret results.
- Lead small teams in the development and maintenance of data science products.
- Collaborate with business partners to communicate key findings.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- 6+ yrs Experience
- Experience with problem framing, AI/ML metrics,
- Evaluation and development of classical ML + LLM
- Prompt/RAG basics;
- Experiment design; model cards.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Clear communication and confidence in working with clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborative team member who supports peers, shares knowledge and contributes to continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently, negotiate priorities and lead activities where required
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
