You’ll join an established team recruiting across Software Engineering, Data & AI, with an existing client base, live roles to work from day one and average fees of £30-40k+

💼 The Opportunity

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll join our US Technology team in London, supporting searches across Software Engineering, Data & AI.

This is a candidate-led role with no requirement for business development. You’ll take ownership of searches from initial sourcing and engagement through to interview management, offer negotiation and placement.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage high-calibre Technology professionals across the US market.
• Deliver across Software Engineering, Data & AI searches.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial approach through to offer and placement.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a strong network within your market.
• Work closely with the 360 consultants on the team to deliver against existing client requirements.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM, referrals and proactive headhunting.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

🎯 What You Bring

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a resourcing role
• Technology recruitment experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
• Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach with a focus on quality.
• Ambition to develop your career within a high-performing recruitment environment.
