Design Director

A globally expanding architecture and interiors studio, recognised as one of the fastest-growing design practices internationally, is seeking a Design Director to join its London Aviation team. You will be joining a highly ambitious studio environment delivering major aviation projects across Europe and internationally, working alongside a blended team of architects and interior designers on complex passenger environments and transport-led schemes. This role sits at the forefront of the studio’s continued European growth and requires someone capable of leading design conversations across multiple live projects simultaneously. You will be overseeing design teams, guiding project direction from concept onwards, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure projects maintain both technical rigour and strong architectural clarity throughout.
