🚨 Freelance Opportunity – Senior KDB+ Developer | London 🇬🇧

RED Global is currently looking for a Senior KDB+ Developer to join a long-term project with one of our international financial services clients.

🎯 Role:

• Design & optimize high-performance kdb+ data platforms

• Work on large-scale, low-latency datasets

• Collaborate closely with Risk & business teams

• Improve kdb+ tick architecture, q queries, and ingestion pipelines

✅ Required experience:

• 8+ years hands-on experience with kdb+ / q

• Strong expertise in tickerplant, RDB, HDB architectures

• Experience within investment banking / financial services

• Strong Unix/Linux environment knowledge

• Experience with performance tuning and scalable data solutions

📍 London (Central) – 3 days/week on site

📅 Start: ASAP
