Azure DevOps Engineer
Hampshire offices + flexible Hybrid working
A DevOps Engineer position for a SaaS business. This is great opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take on a pivotal role leading the DevOps processes and future adoption.
The DevOps Engineer joins an Azure product team, working closely with software engineers and the senior leadership team, owning the DevOps processes, deployment, and relevant CI/CD automation internally.
The business offer hybrid working options with offices in the Southampton area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead DevOps processes and adoption, utilising Azure platform for deployments
- Work closely with the senior leaders to plan and implement effective DevOps processes
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Utilise AI tools / Claude where beneficial
Essential experience:
- Commercial DevOps experience in an Azure environment working closely with software teams is essential
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with all levels of a business as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Services, Azure SQL, etc
- Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, ARM or similar
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, C# or similar is desirable
- Azure / AZ certification is desirable
