Director - Cloud Solution Architecture - Cloud & AI Platform
You will lead your Cloud & AI platform CSA team to deliver value realisation for our customers. You will deliver clarity for the team, generate energy and deliver business outcomes. You will lead them through change and deliver positive customer outcomes. You will model, coach and care for the CSA team, giving our people their best possible lived experience in role.
Our aim is to become trusted advisors to customers and partners as they progress with AI transformation.
You will coach the team to understand customer objectives and how Unified accelerates value realisation and guide teams to drive positive customer outcomes and share feedback/insights from customers/partners. Provide thought leadership in AI solution design You will coach the team to identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging technical subject matter expertise. You will foster a continuous self-learning culture and help the team embrace new AI solutions.
This will involve your own career development and your team of CSA's development.
You will leverage your ability to apply principles, systems, tools, and strategic insights to sustainably improve key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational efficiencies and coach the team on situational fluency (Interpersonal Flexibility) by studying your customer, understanding the situation, "reading the room" and reacting accordingly as you coach the teams on how and when to pivot customer/ internal conversations based on what you observe in your environment
