We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Director of Strategic Operations to partner directly with the CEO during a period of significant transformation and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, removes bottlenecks, connects the dots across teams, and ensures priorities turn into results.
The Director of Strategic Operations ensures the CEOs priorities get executed across the organisation efficiently and consistently. This role will act as a trusted proxy for the CEO driving execution, improving operating rhythm, and ensuring the organization stays aligned and focused. It will include administrative and strategic elements. We are looking for a doer who takes ownership, moves quickly, and continuously learns.

Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Be Doing
Drive Execution
- Translate company priorities into clear action plans and ensure follow-through
- Track key initiatives and hold teams accountable to timelines and outcomes
- Identify and remove bottlenecks before they slow progress
- Ensure decisions turn into execution across the organization
- Represent the CEO in meetings, decisions, and cross-functional coordination
- Step in to move initiatives forward
- Maintain visibility into what matters most and escalate risks early
- Coordinate work across departments to ensure efforts are aligned
- Identify dependencies, gaps, and opportunities across initiatives
- Improve collaboration and information flow
- Bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving situations
- Establish and run operating rhythms (weekly reviews, planning cycles, tracking)
- Improve processes and systems to increase speed and efficiency
- Create dashboards and reporting that drive accountability
- Ensure leadership meetings are productive and outcome-oriented
- Quickly understand the business, priorities, and constraints
- Take ownership of new problems without waiting for perfect direction
- Continuously improve how the organization operates
- Preferably, previous experience within a consultancy environment
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Moves quickly and follows through reliably
- Strong problem solver who takes initiative
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid change
