Main duties of the job We are an enthusiastic and growing team at an exciting stage of development. As part of a newly established team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and shaping of the team, support the introduction of the service within schools, and help embed our work across a new wave of educational settings. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, low-intensity CBT interventions to children and young people, both individually and in groups, within your allocated schools. You will also play an active role in delivering Whole School Approach initiatives, supporting community engagement events, and ensuring that children and young people remain at the heart of everything you do. Supported by an Operational Lead, Clinical Lead, and Senior Practitioners, you will manage a caseload, undertake assessments, develop care plans, and complete associated clinical documentation while maintaining fidelity to the low-intensity CBT model. A sound understanding of safeguarding and risk management is essential. You will be supported through regular safeguarding supervision, alongside clinical skills supervisions and case management supervisions, to develop your confidence, knowledge, and practice.
