CTS-Cardo are seeking to recruit additional Electrical Inspection & Test Engineers for new contracts in the Belfast and South Down Areas. You will supplied with a van and a fuel card. Benefits include: ·         30 days’ annual leave ·         Pension scheme ·         Bereavement leave ·         Death in service benefit ·         Birthday day off ·         Health Shield ·         access to 24/7 counselling and wellbeing support About the role MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Electrical Installation & Condition Testing as and when required Working in void and occupied premises Working in a commercial environment Experience in planned and cyclical maintenance Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS expect Uphold Data Protection Policies Travel across Belfast & South Down Health & Safety: Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed Observe & follow all manual handling practices          In addition, As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate CTS will perform a Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar an individual from employment. Required Criteria • Fully qualified Electrician • 17th/ 18th Edition • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training • Full UK Driving License • Experience in construction or Plumbing and Heating Industry • Testing & Inspection 2391-2394/2395 • 3 years post apprenticeship experience Desired Criteria • Sparks Safe Card Skills you'll need • Establishing Rapport With Clients • Managing Appointments • Quality Control • Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs
