What You'll Be Doing
As our ERP Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to go-live and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and transformation programmes
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and resources
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, training, change management, and cutover activities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and third-party delivery partners
- Drive collaboration across consultants, developers, architects, business analysts, and change teams
- Provide clear and concise executive-level reporting and project updates
- Ensure successful user adoption, business readiness, and operational handover
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Significant experience delivering ERP implementation projects
- Proven success managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics programmes or equivalent enterprise ERP solutions
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Expertise in managing integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities
- Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology functions
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
Technical Knowledge
Ideally, you'll have experience with
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Supply Chain Management
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI)
- Enterprise integrations, APIs, reporting and data migration
- Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
