Financial Analyst
The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst on behalf of a specialist services organisation with offices in Milton Keynes
The Role
As Finance Analyst you will support accurate financial reporting, commercial insight and performance reporting whilst also playing a critical part of month end . Day to day duties will consist of:
- Play a key role in the month-end close process, including revenue and gross profit accounting.
- Extract, reconcile and analyse high-volume revenue and cost transactions from business systems.
- Produce management information, dashboards and commercial analysis for Finance and Operational stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
- Sales commission calculations and reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insight to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation and data quality using Excel, Tableau and other tools.
- Assist with year-end audit
Your Profile
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with strong excel and reporting skills and the ability to work with large datasets. You will be interpersonally effective with the ability to work across non finance looking for a new challenge within a well supported team that has excellent culture.
Salary and Benefits
Role of Financial Analyst is working on a 3 day a week basis in Milton Keynes and offering a salary of £55-60K
