Are you looking to start a career in finance while gaining a recognised qualification?
We’re looking for a Finance Apprentice to join our UK finance team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of finance activities while studying towards your AAT Level 2 or 3 qualification.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and gradually building your skills across accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and financial controls.
🔍 What you’ll be doing- Supporting the processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses
- Helping maintain organised and accurate finance records and documentation
- Assisting with payment runs and supplier queries
- Supporting customer account queries, deductions, and dispute tracking
- Preparing basic reconciliations and finance support schedules
- Helping with month-end tasks and audit documentation
- Maintaining trackers, checklists, and finance files
As you develop, you’ll begin to take ownership of routine finance tasks and build confidence working with finance systems and stakeholders.

- Structured learning alongside an AAT Level 2 qualification
- Exposure to real business processes, systems, and controls
- A clear development path into more advanced finance responsibilities
