Job summary The Fracture Service Administrator (FSA) will work within dedicated specialty clinical areas to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that there are coordinated and streamlined administrative processes that revolve around the patient and their individual needs. Main duties of the job The FSA is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of the trauma patient administrative processes throughout their pathway; giving the patients a single point of contact, ensuring the patients and carer experience is central to every stage of the patient journey.
