Graduate Project Manager - 2027 Development Programme - Peterborough

What You'll Do
- Develop an understanding of project management techniques in the alliance whilst adding your own input/ spin on approaches
- Create synergy and a ‘joined up’ approach to project management across teams to enhance efficiency
- Lead projects across various teams and deliver tangible success; whilst learning from mistakes along the way
- Understand the importance of stakeholders in project management; develop sound stakeholder engagement approaches/techniques/ strategies to smooth projects landing
- Understand the importance of intervention/ mitigation where required and remain clam under pressure to deliver against time, cost, quality and H&S standards
- Business Studies/ Project Management degree
- Previous experience/ involvement in project management
- Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
- You will join a community of 100+ graduates and apprentices, with opportunities to build networks and collaborate across the business
